The Great Tangle

The worst. SO many KNOTS in the longest hose in the world = zero flow.

So tangled! It’s overwhelming!  My hose: A real life challenge. A real life analogy. At times we find not only our hose, but our very self all tangled up in knots and constricted. STUCK. How did this even happen? Where do we even start?

Stick with the analogy here:  My usual approach is to shake, force and yank out the tangles! Or power through them, get the “job” done despite the knots. Ignore the inevitable as long as possible. This did not/does not work. No water flow.

Instead I surrendered.  Took a deep breath and knew I’d need to spend some time untangling. Patience. Gentleness. Spaciousness.

Slow and Steady. There is hope after all

Which led to flow!  To freedom!  My plants will not only survive, they thrive and flourish. Untangling our own knots of constriction gives flow and freedom to thrive and flourish in our own lives.

It’s freeeeee! The water is free and flowing! Yay.

With care and compassionate attentiveness to our body, mind and heart, using the right tools along the way we move and operate from a more expansive and grounded place.

There is hope.  There is time. There is nothing more important or worthwhile than YOUR health and wellbeing. Wishing you a spaciousness, expansive day of flow and freedom. Love, Molly

I put it away with much more care and attention this time.

P.S  Thanks for playing along with this analogy.

I am quite confident my hose will get tangled again.  And that’s ok. Patience. Gentleness. Spaciousness. Attention. Flow.
